LTC Torrance Cleveland assumed command of AFSBn-Benelux April 2018. He previously served as Supply and Services Branch Chief, Sustainment Operations Division, G4, United States Army Europe (UAREUR), Wiesbaden, Germany. LTC Cleveland was commissioned a Regular Army Second Lieutenant in the Quartermaster Course through the ROTC program as Bucknell University in 2000. He is a native of St. Petersburg, FL.
