CSM Adam T. Lepley

Command Sergeant Major

Command Sergeant Major Lepley assumed the duties as Command Sergeant Major of the 402nd Army Field Support Brigade December 2019. He He attended Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and Advanced Individual Training for MOS 89B (Ammunition Specialist) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. 

CSM Lepley’s previous assignments include Ammunition Specialist and Ammunition Supply Sergeant, HQ, Alpha Company, 302nd Forward Support Battalion, Camp Casey, Korea; Section Chief and Platoon Sergeant, Bravo Co., 528th Special Operations Support Battalion, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Battalion Ammunition Manager, 2nd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Operations NCO, Detachment NCOIC, and First Sergeant, Special Operations Logistics Support Element, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Ammunition Manager, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) J-37, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and the Command Sergeant Major of the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion at the JSOC.

CSM Lepley has numerous deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Horn of Africa, and Kuwait in support of operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn. 

CSM Lepley’s awards and decorations include two Bronze Star Medals; two Defense Meritorious Service Medals; Joint Service Commendation Medal; three Army Commendation Medals; Joint Service Achievement Medal; three Army Achievement Medals; seven Good Conduct Medals; National Defense Service Medal; Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; Afghanistan Campaign Medal with two Bronze Star Devices; Iraqi Campaign Medal with two Bronze Star Devices; Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Korea Defense Service Medal; Non-Commissioned Officers Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 5 Device; Army Service Ribbon; Overseas Service Ribbon; Driver’s Badge; Master Parachutist’s Badge; Pathfinder’s Badge; Canadian Parachutist Badge; German Parachutist Badge; and Polish Parachutist Badge. 

CSM Lepley has attended numerous military schools to include Primary Leadership Development Course; Basic Non-Commissioned Officers Course; Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers Course; the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Non-Resident Class 42; and the Battalion/Brigade Pre- Command Courses.
