CSM Kendra M. St. Helen

Command Sergeant Major

Command Sergeant Major Kendra M. St Helen assumed duties as command sergeant major of the 404th Army Field Support Brigade April 2020.  She is a native
of Raceland, Louisiana.  She entered the Army in August 1995 and completed Basic Combat Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Advanced Individual Training as a
Petroleum Supply Specialist at Fort Lee, Virginia, and attended the Petroleum Vehicle Operators Course at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

CSM St Helen served in the  following duty positions and organizations: Petroleum Supply Specialist (SPC), 102nd Quartermaster Company, Fort Campbell, Kentucky;
Aircraft Fuel SPC and Shift Supervisor, United States Army Garrison, Fort Wainwright, Alaska; Section Sergeant (SGT) and Petroleum Supply NCO, 203rd FSC, Fort Benning, Georgia; Section SGT and Platoon SGT, HHC and Echo 2-25 Aviation Battalion, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii; Senior Instructor Writer, Petroleum Water Department, Fort Lee, Virginia; 1SG, the Army Logistics University NCO Academy, Virginia; 1SG, 2BCT, A CO 26th BSB, Fort Stewart, Georgia; Operations SGM, HHC 23D, Quartermaster Battalion, Fort Lee, Virginia; and Distance Education Instructor, USASMA Non-Resident Course, Fort Bliss, Texas; and served as the Battalion CSM, 210th BSB, Fort Drum, New York. She deployed to OEF IV, OIF I and VI.

CSM St Helen is a graduate of Basic Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Class 67, Air Assault Course, Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education (SEJPME) Course I and II, Battle Staff NCO Officer Course, Lean Six Sigma, and Master Resilience Training Course.

CSM St Helen has an Associate Degree in General Studies from the University of Anchorage, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and a Masters Degree in Business/Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University.

CSM St Helen’s awards include the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster (OLC), Meritorious Service Medal with 4 OLC, Army Commendation Medal with 1 OLC, Army Achievement Medal with 5 OLC, Presidential Unit Citation Army, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Army Superior Unit Award, Army Good Conduct Medal (8th Award), National Defense Service Medal with Bronze star, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal with OLC, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with Bronze star, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with numeral 3, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon with numeral 3, Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Medal, Air Assault Badge, Basic Army Instructor Badge, and Driver and Mechanic Badge.
