Senior Enlisted Advisor

Master Sergeant Justin D. Rowe assumed duties as the senior enlisted advisor of the 401st Army Field Support Battalion-Kuwait June 2021.

MSG Rowe entered the U.S. Army in April 2004. He attended Basic Combat Training at Fort Benning, Georgia, and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Lee, Virginia, as an automated logistics specialist (92A).

MSG Rowe’s duty assignments include: material storage and handling specialist, A Company, 1-25th Brigade Support Battalion, Fort Lewis, Washington; Unit Armorer, Supply & Transportation Troop, Regimental Support Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, Vilseck, Germany; material control/accounting noncommissioned officer, Supply and Transportation Troop, RSS, 2nd SCR, Vilseck, Germany; equipment records and parts NCO, B Company, 27th BSB, 4th Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; Convoy Escort NCOIC Forward, AF, B Company, 27th BSB, 4-1st Cav, Fort Hood, Texas; platoon sergeant, 40th Quartermaster Company, 524th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 45th Sustainment Brigade, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; operations NCO, 40th Composite Supply Company, 524th CSSB, 45th SB, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; material control/ accounting supervisor, 40th CSC, 524th CSSB, 25th Sustainment Brigade; brigade operations NCO, 25th Division Support Brigade, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii; G1/G4 sergeant/ observer, coach/trainer, Joint Readiness Training Center, Fort Polk, Louisiana.

MSG Rowe deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005, 2007-2009, Operation New Dawn 2010-2011; Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom 2012-2013.  

MSG Rowe’s military education includes: Unit Armorer Course, Small Arms Maintenance Course, Basic Leader Course, Sling Load Inspector Course, Motor pool Operation and Management Course, Advanced Leaders Course, Joint Senior Enlisted Public Affairs Course,  Demonstrated Senior Logistician, Senior Leader Course, Master Driver Trainer Course, Battle Staff Course, and Master Leader Course.

MSG Rowe holds an associate degree in agriculture engineering and landscape design. 

His military awards and decorations include: three Meritorious Service Medals, five Army Commendation Medals, nine Army Achievement Medals, the Good Conduct Medal (5th Award), the National Defense Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal (2 Campaign Stars), the Afghanistan Campaign Medal (1 Campaign Star), the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon (Numeral 4), the Overseas Service Ribbon (Numeral 6), the NATO Ribbon, the Valorous Unit Award, four Meritorious Unit Citations, the Combat Action Badge, the Mechanics Badge and the Drivers Badge (Wheeled).

MSG Rowe is a native of Vancouver, Washington and has three children.
