ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Bernadette Labuguen, claims advisor, 403rd Army Field Support Brigade, explains the claims process to Sgt. Jared Smith, otherwise known as “DJ Rocket,” at the American Forces Network – Daegu studios Oct. 23. Labuguen highlighted some of the changes in claims procedures following a move, how to take advantage of the DoD website Move.mil, the importance of contacting one’s local transportation office is assistance is needed, and how to contact her if additional help is required.
