ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - The Life Support Area at Tapa Barracks, Estonia, during DEFENDER-Europe 21, consists of mostly hard stand buildings like the ones pictured here for office space and living quarters. However, the latrine and shower facilities, laundry services, general forklift support, and water and MRE storage and delivery are all contracted by the 405th Army Field Support Brigade’s Logistics Civil Augmentation Program.
