ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Brig. Gen. Stephanie Howard (left), commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Sustainment Command, Birmingham, Alabama, greets soon-to-be deploying Soldiers Dec. 15 during a training break at Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois. Soldiers in the 4th Logistics Civil Augmentation Program Support Battalion will be deploying for about nine months to support a contracting mission in the Middle East. The 4th LOGCAP Spt.
