ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Quartermaster Noncommissioned Officers from 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division presented the Quartermaster Association’s Order of Saint Martin to a member of the 402nd’s Army Field Support Battalion-Alaska during a ceremony on Jan. 13.
