ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Milford L. Sexton, Jr., an Information Technology Specialist for the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, received the 2021 Louis Dellamonica Award for Outstanding U.S. Army Materiel Command Personnel of the Year.
