ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - German State Military Command North Rhine-Westphalia’s top leader conducted a site visit to the Dülmen Army Prepositioned Stocks-2 worksite at Tower Barracks Oct. 26 to gain a better understanding of APS-2 operations there, including the storage and maintenance of thousands of combat vehicles and equipment pieces as well as life-saving medical equipment and supplies in support of theater readiness.
