Survivors of Suicide Loss Day events share grief, anguish, and hope

Rock Island Arsenal - The U.S. Army Sustainment Command, along with First U.S. Army and the Iowa City Veterans Administration office, sponsored two virtual candlelight vigils in observance of International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day. Emotional stories of families enduring and recovering from the suicide death of a friend or family member are reminders that suicide often leaves emotional wounds in those who are left behind.
