Command Sergeant Major Amy A. Alcazar is the senior enlisted advisor of the Army Sustainment Command-Amy Reserve Element.

CSM Alcazar was born in Chicago, Illinois. CSM Alcazar enlisted in U.S. Army in July 1991. She then attended Basic Training and Advance Individual Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, starting September 1991 and graduated from Advanced Individual Training as a food service specialist. She recently served as the command sergeant major of the 16th Psychological Operational Battalion and 275th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion performing duties in Taji, Iraq.

CSM Alcazar completed an eight-year enlistment on active duty and then enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve at Fort Lewis, Washington, where she served as a personnel administration sergeant with 1st Battalion, 356th Logistic Support Regiment. CSM Alcazar completed Primary Leadership Develop Course, Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course, Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, and is a 2015 graduate of the U.S. Sergeants Major Academy (Class 40). CSM Alcazar has served in multiple overseas and continental U.S. assignments including Hurricane Andrew Relief, Operation Restore Hope, Operation Continue Hope, Operation Uphold Democracy, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Noble Eagle, and Operation Inherent Resolve. In her civilian career she is currently a staff operations and training specialist at the 416th Theater Engineer Command, G-3 (Operations), in Darien, Illinois.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in business Administration from DeVry University and Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, Illinois.
